Child's Pose

Calin Peter Netzer · 2013 CE · Film · Romanian · Contemporary

A wealthy Bucharest architect learns at a dinner party that her adult son has hit and killed a boy while speeding, and moves immediately through the people she knows - police, witnesses, the officer taking the statement - to reshape what happened. Her son will barely speak to her. The Romanian New Wave turned on the class that did well out of the transition.
