Ghostlight
A Chicago construction worker who will not discuss the lawsuit consuming his family, or anything else, is coaxed off a job site by a woman from the storefront company rehearsing across the road, and finds himself cast in a tragedy that keeps brushing against his own year. The three leads are a real family, which lets the kitchen scenes go quiet in a way scripted ensembles rarely manage. O'Sullivan and Thompson made it after Saint Frances and took it through Sundance on the same route.
