Harvey
Henry Koster · 1950 CE · Film · Modern / American · Contemporary
Elwood Dowd introduces everyone he meets to his friend Harvey, a pooka in the shape of a six-foot rabbit that nobody else can see, and his sister resolves to have him committed before her daughter's prospects are ruined. At the sanatorium the staff commit the wrong person, and the doctors begin comparing what Elwood tells them with what they knew. James Stewart had taken the part on Broadway; the rabbit is never once shown.
