Robin Hood
An outlaw fox and his bear companion rob the Prince of England on the road out of Nottingham while the sheriff squeezes the town for taxes, and an archery tournament is arranged to draw the fox into the open. A rooster with a lute narrates the whole thing as a country ballad. Made in the studio's lean years by reusing animation traced from earlier features, it turns the legend into an all-animal farce.
