Out of Sight

A career bank robber breaking out of a Florida prison takes a federal marshal hostage and shares a car trunk with her for the length of the drive, which neither of them can afterwards treat as nothing. He goes north to rob a fellow inmate's employer in Detroit; she is assigned to the case. Soderbergh's return to studio work after several years in the margins, and the start of his run with George Clooney.
