Thelma & Louise
Ridley Scott · 1991 CE · Film · Modern / American · Contemporary
A waitress and a housewife leave Arkansas for a weekend in the mountains, stop at a roadhouse on the way, and drive out of the car park with a dead man behind them and no confidence a court would believe how it happened. They run for Mexico with the money gone, a state trooper in the boot and a detective trying to talk them in. Khouri's script made a road picture out of two women.
