Sardines

Medina has been removed from her editorship, has moved her household out of her mother-in-law's house, and will not let her eight-year-old daughter be cut. Around her stand women who have each made a different arrangement with the General's Somalia, and the argument between them is how much of a private life a state that wants none of it left private will allow. The middle panel of the dictatorship trilogy, and its most crowded.
