The Omen

Richard Donner · 1976 CE · Film · Modern / American · Contemporary

An American diplomat in Rome agrees at the hospital to substitute a newborn for his own dead child without telling his wife, and five years later, installed as ambassador in London, watches nannies, priests and photographers die around the boy. A press photographer notices marks on his negatives that appear before each death. Donner played biblical prophecy as an investigative procedural.
