Schindler's List

Steven Spielberg · 1993 CE · Film · Modern / American · Contemporary

A German businessman arrives in occupied Kraków to make money out of the war, buys an enamelware factory, and staffs it with cheap Jewish labor from the ghetto. As the ghetto is liquidated and the camps take over, the roster of workers he certifies as essential turns into something other than a labor document. Rescue counted one name at a time.
