Moominsummer Madness
A volcano throws ash over the valley and a wave carries the house away, so the family climbs aboard a strange floating building full of ropes, painted forests and a curtain that a stage rat eventually consents to explain to them. Moomintroll and the Snork Maiden are left behind, sleep in a park with the prohibition notices torn down, and are taken by a Park Keeper with a net. Moominpappa, meanwhile, is writing a tragedy in verse for the company he has unexpectedly acquired.
